Jennifer Picanco
At Salon Cabelo, Jennifer has created the experience she has always wanted for herself, her team and her clientele: a modern, fun atmosphere where everyone can discover their creativity and sense of beauty. Jennifer’s attention to detail and pride in her craft is threaded throughout her work. She dedicates most of her time to learning modern-day cutting and coloring techniques so she can execute fashion-forward trends. As a certified color specialist, Jennifer is most passionate about lightening services, such as foiling, balayage, color melting and color corrections for a dramatic before and after, along with the perfect blowout for a flawless finish. In her chair, you can expect to relax, have some laughs and feel your best. Outside the salon, Jennifer enjoys decorating, shopping (a little too much!) and spending time with her family.

Anna Sousa
Anna has three decades of experience as a stylist, first learning about the profession while watching her father cut hair. Over the years, she has built strong connections with her clients and leans on her master stylist experience to bring their visions to life. Anna's coloring techniques, including balayage, offer a more natural, lived-in color for lower maintenance. Originally from the Azores, Anna loves spending her time with family and friends and enjoying the Florida sun.

Laura Stewart
Laura has translated her lifelong passion for hair and fashion into 20 years as a hair artist, specializing in all elements of hair color. Her talents are in dimensional color, balayage, blonding, color correction and tape-in extensions. Laura loves the creativity that comes with hairstyling and the confidence that people have when they leave her chair. To provide the latest and greatest to her clients, Laura has earned certifications in Hot Head tape-in hair extensions, Redken Shades and Hair Freaks and Color Geeks. She has also completed multiple color classes at the Aveda Institute and studied with independent hair artist Adina Pignatare. When she’s not at the salon, Laura is spending time with her family.

Hollie Musto
Hollie has been a member of the hairstyling community for almost 10 years. She has a passion for creating lived-in color and enhancing hair with extensions. She has continued education through L’Oréal Professional and studied with independent hair artists such as Adina Pignatare and extension artist Sarah Kendle Wilks, the creator of SKW Hidden Beaded Row Extensions. Hollie is also a REDKEN Shades EQ specialist. When she isn’t behind the chair, Hollie is staying active with CrossFit and hanging out with her dog, Addie.

Crystal Pray
Crystal is a leading hair artist whose clientele has included high-profile celebrities from royalty to A-listers, such as Orlando Bloom and Britney Spears. Labeled a “hair genius” by clients, Crystal has worked in top Beverly Hills salons and on high-pressure photoshoots, while also styling for red carpet events, music videos, and fast-paced runway shows. After moving to Los Angeles from Boston at age 20, Crystal earned a degree in Beauty Industry Marketing and Merchandising at the Los Angeles Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising (FIDM). She specializes in extensions and blondes, and we’re excited to have her natural talent and professionalism back in New England.

Hayley Fernald
Hayley has spent the last 13 years turning a childhood pastime into a flourishing career. Starting in 2011 she spent 2.5 years training in an intense assistant program at a high-end salon before starting behind the chair. She has had the privilege of getting to train closely and work with some of the industry’s leading stylists both in the UK and US, like Mark Wooley, Lupe Voss, DJ Muldoon and more. Getting to work countless weddings across New England, photoshoots, and even New York Fashion Week has been a dream come true. Hayley is always working on mastering her craft, continuing education in cutting, color, and extensions. Specializing in making you feel your best! When Hayley is not behind the chair you can find her in the mountains with her family, in the gym, or cooking for her favorite people.
