Cancellation Policy
We're honored to have you as clients and strive to provide the best salon experience possible. We show up prepared and ready for your appointment, and we kindly ask that you do the same for us.
When clients book appointments, we block off a certain amount of time in our schedules. Our schedules are carefully arranged so we have enough time for each guest. When appointments are canceled at the last minute, the likelihood of filling that exact time slot is slim to none.
Cancellations made 48 hours or less before an appointment will be subject to a charge of 50% of the service rate. We will charge no shows 100% of the service rate.
